Tired
All week the boys have been up late, shouting and thumping and slamming doors. I get up before dawn to go to work and I am ready to collapse.
I love the boys to death, but I am going to be so glad when they go to their dad's. I'll finally be able to sleep...

Progress!

Missed
Dang. Fell asleep after work and didn't wake up until nearly ten. Missed out on time with my family and time with my wife. Now I got to get busy and something to burn some energy iff so I can sleep tonight without waking up at like three in the morning...

Slipping
It's nearly the end of the month. And I'm hurting. The constant exercise and lack of adequate nourishment are taking their toll. On the plus side, my weight is somewhat stable in the low 70's but on the down side it isn't going up.
Acording to my exercise app, in order to gain weight I should be consuming around 2800 calories per day. Taking the amount of exercise I do at work into account, and a more realistic figure would be around 3500 to 4000 calories every day.
On average, I'm getting around 1700 calories.
Not a good thing, and I'm eating everything I can get my hands on. I take a big lunch with me to work and I normally try and get in a good breakfast and a solid dinner. But I need more time. Another five hours per day would be nice. Some days it all works, but most days I end up missing one meal or another.
Well, tomorrow is another day. Keep trying.
