Had a good day today out and about with my better half doing the Pokemon Go community day.
Pretty sure we're "cheating" by walking around inside a shopping centre, but:
- it has airconditioning,
- it has access to bathrooms,
- there's food / drinks easily available if we feel like it,
- we don't get wet if it rains (and it's quite likely this time of year),
- and heaps of other people were doing it too! And everyone knows that if others are doing it, then that makes it a-ok! :D
The main down side is that since it was on a Sunday, the shops close before community day is over, but it worked out well because we drove over to the uni nearby (which has loads of pokestops) and I was able to complete my older task which was about to run out.
In unrelated news, we survived the driving adventure yesterday without damaging the car and without needing to jump into mud, Double winning!
