Ouch, shouldn't have done that.

So ... had a drink of some juice earlier. Finishing off the dregs in a few bottles so I could put new bottles in the fridge to chill. Last one, had the first mouthfull and thought "that's a bit tangy, probably shouldn't drink that". Drank it anyway.

A few hours later, and my insides are definitely not happy. :(

Under the weather

Urgh... down south for work and definitly not feeling the best. Feeling quite crummy actually.

It was about this weather when we were in Perth not that long ago. But it feels a lot colder. Might be because it is a wet cold here.

We *should* be heading back up north soonish, so hopefully I can soldier through it. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
